I was doing good for a while, scale said 103 at one point… I wasn’t trying very hard though, I just had no appetite. Then I started doing terrible again, scale said 115.5 at one point but this morning it said 108.5… which is still bad.

But I went for a run outside today, something I haven’t done in forever. I ate pretty poorly this morning, chocolate covered popcorn and a couple donut holes at work. So I’m going to estimate I’m at about 700-800 calories.

Gonna do it healthy and slow, or try to at least… around 1200-1500 and WORKING OUT so I keep it off this time.

Soo not true; it’s different for everybody. When I lost 30 lbs, it went: boobs, face, stomach, butt, then my thighs. It totally and absolutely depends on your body type and structure, and genetics.

Past two days, ate cookies and whatever. I don’t even know why. I do good during the day, like really good.. then I get home with my boyfriend and we just lay around and eat. It’s terrible.
